FASCON’s Facility Management Team has decades of experience in providing facility maintenance to the government and their contractors. Facilities Project Managers work with a team to provide management oversight for all related activities that support the completion of a specified project. FASCON is searching for a Senior Supervisor/Assistant Project Manager.

Requirements: This position will require possessing and maintaining a TOP Secret Sensitive Compartmented Investigation (TS/SCI) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). Must have at least 5 years of commercial custodial experience and 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities: Managing the budget and schedules for an entire project. Monitoring work to provide accurate reporting and assurance that the Government receives the specified outcomes. Evaluating quality of workmanship, safety, and environmental concerns. Coordinating related project activities that affect successful completion of the project effort. Maintaining accurate records and will be responsible for the accuracy of the project data and for the entire cost accounting of the project.

Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following is desired: – Leading project teams – Safety plans and programs to comply with laws, regulations, and policies – Project Management Software – Word processing Software/Basic spreadsheet tools – Basic budget and financial planning management skills
